In certain circumstances refunds may be given for individual damaged bottles or cans. The refund calculation will be given based on the original price of the goods less the delivery charge.
If you want to buy Alcohol from us or use our Web site you can only do so on these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. We may change these from time to time by updating this posting. You must be over 18 to buy Alcohol in the UK.
Delivery - We will deliver to anywhere in the mainland England, Scotland and Wale,. Dispatched within 28/48 hours unless product not in stock or there is a bank holiday. If the product is out of stock the new despatch & delivery date will be e-mailed to you.
We normally deliver Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm. All alcohol products may be signed for and collected by adults over the age of 18. If the delivery driver thinks that the person collecting the goods is less that 18 he will ask for ID. If ID cannot be produced the delivery will be refused and sent back to Designa DRinx Ltd.
Customer Satisfaction - We aim to deal with all enquiries fairly, confidentially and quickly. We will acknowledge your contact within 48 hours except for bank holidays. We try to resolve most issues immediately, but where this is not possible, we will keep you informed about progress until a satisfactory resolution has been achieved. Right To Terminate - This Customer Promise is here for the good of all of our customers. If we feel that it has been abused, we reserve the right to close your account, by inactivating it, once we have met our obligations under this promise. If we do inactivate your account, and you choose to make another purchase, whether through that account or any other, then our obligation to you for any claim will be limited to your statutory rights and we will not be bound to deliver our full Customer Promise.
Prices and Payment - All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (inclusive of VAT), per case as marked, there are 24 or 15 bottles/cans in a case. Delivery charges are included in the price.
If paying by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared..
If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the goods is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the product.
Cancellations - You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever within 2 working days from the date you receive your goods, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact.You must Email us at: admin@alcohtrading.co.uk. We shall reimburse the price of the product within 30 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation once the goods have been returned to our warehouse and inspected by us. We are unable to reimburse the delivery charge when you have exercised your right to cancel your order.
If some or all of the bottles in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund or replacement. You must notify us of all goods, which are due to be returned for any of the reasons stated in this clause within 2 days from delivery.
All refunds and reimbursements under clause 7.1 will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us of your wish to return the goods under that clause, provided the goods have been collected by our carrier.
Any goods collected by our carrier must be in their original box to avoid further breakages, where possible.
Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
